I want to share with you a healthy lifestyle hack that I love. If you’re like me, you might not feel like chopping veggies for every single meal you cook but you still want to avoid eating ready to eat unhealthy choices. Here’s the solution: you get a salad bar and chop you veggie in advanced. That way when you need to cook you don’t have to spend so much time chopping and you are mode likely to cook a healthy meal because the veggies are fresh cut and need to be used. You can prep anything you want and toss it in a salad, stir fry or soup! The veggies (depends on what type) can stay fresh and ready for a few days.

Craving something sweet but yet not terribly unhealthy? These 3 ingredient breakfast cookies might satisfy your craving! In a big bowl mash up two big ripe bananas, add one cup of oats (I used gluten free quick oats) and 1/2 to 2/3 cup non dairy chocolate chips. Mix well, scoop on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in 350F oven for about 15 minutes (the riper the banana the more mushy your cookies will be at take longer to bake) chill and enjoy with your morning beverage.

The nice vegan lady I share an Airbnb with this month doesn’t mind that I bake a cake from time to time I’m currently taking my time off to develop new recipes, products and non food items online business. So far I’m enjoying the Carolinas. Wish I could send you a slice! The nice folks that took over the Tivoni location have finally opened and I wish them luck and success.

So apparently my walk in freezer had a bad sense of humor and decided to go to sleep last night and wake up at 72 degrees but I’m not letting it stop me from making more desserts for you. I’m making more right now so we can have enough for everyone on our last couple of days.

Before closing up for the evening here’s a little run down of what I’ve been making for tomorrow so far ( plus more if these sell out) gluten free banana bread, sweet and salty carrob peanut crunch disk, raw carrot cake balls, chia pudding with mixed berry layers and more brownies ) trying to get creative with the supplies, a few more things but I’ll have to stop baking tomorrow to reduce food waste on Saturday. Those raw donuts last batch at Tivoni

Good morning! Just a heads up for today’s treats: last batch of snowball cookies, peanut butter cups, no bake cookie, decided to make the raw chocolate donuts again one last time, also chocolate chip peanut butter banana bread. I’m continuing to make a few more things with whatever supplies I have left for tomorrow and Saturday. Looking forward to seeing you. New addition to the treats: coconut cupcakes. Got more treats coming in tomorrow based on what clears out of the case!

Still making more treats! So many options to choose from and now more: mini orange chocolate bundt cakes and chocolate covered double stuffed nutter butters! Your last chance to enjoy vegan goodies before we close Saturday. Saturday will be played by ear while supplies last!

The chocolate pudding and brownies sold out over lunch but made more. Still plenty of treats to chose from and making more for tomorrow!

Wow the desserts are moving out quickly today. Snowball cookies are gone, almond flour cookies and mini apple chunk cinnamon muffins are in!

Good morning, since the desserts case have been cleared of beverages I’ve been under pressure to fill it in with more treats. In addition to the items I posted last night I also prepared chocolate pudding with whipped coconut cream and more chocolate donuts. I will continue making more treats as I can to keep up between food orders. Our last day is Saturday and might close early as supplies will not be replenished.
