2020...We hustled, we pivoted, we rescheduled almost a year's worth of work, we re-wrote how wedding mornings looked, we (well, I...) cried, we got back up, we disinfected a million, we masked up, and we still had the honor of getting a front row seat to see how LOVE CAN ALWAYS FIND A WAY We were booked for 151 weddings and ended up getting to work 46. I'll never forget this incredibly kind (and not to mention drop dead gorgeous) bride right here . With an original wedding date of March 21, 2020, Shai was my very FIRST bride who had to postpone her wedding due to the pandemic just days before her originally planned date I was 39.5 weeks pregnant at the time and was set to deliver my baby the day before her wedding. I had so much on my plate...the postponements kept rolling in and the world shut down as I was about to gi...ve birth. Shai couldn't have been more gracious as we worked together to come up with her postponed wedding plan...Shai's story would turn into 73 of my Top Knots brides decisions to postpone. The good news is...2020 was STILL the year Shai got to say "I DO" with her closest family and friends by her side last weekend.
