The scouts from General Nash Troop 303 joined with many scouting units across our region today, to do their Good Turn by volunteering to help the annual Scouting For Food event. Troop 303 had an outstanding food collection event today. Many thanks to the generous people in our area that were able to contribute food donations that are going to help replenish local food pantries. Troop 303 held its end of summer Court of Honor on a beautiful Tues evening, Sept 8. Despite the COVID restrictions of the summer, the resilient scouts earned an amazing 113 Merit Badges, and achieved 15 rank advancements. Plus Totin’ Chips and Cyber Chip awards. We are very pleased to announce that T303 Scoutmaster Matt Rossi was recognized as a General Nash District Award of Merit recipient at the Sept 9 Roundtable. His award certificate did not make it to the meeting and will be delivered later.
