The 1st Leg of the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference 2019 Spring NSCRO 7s Series is on Saturday March 23rd at PSU - Berks. In Pool C, Ursinus Men's Rugby will play Susquehanna @ 11:40 AM, Haverford @ 1:40 PM, and Neumann @ 3:40 PM. Ursinus College Men's Rugby will travel north to duel the King's College Men's Rugby Team this Sunday, October 21st. Kick-off is set for 12 PM on grass field behind McCarthy Stadium turf. The West Ada School District in Idaho, through wonderful collaboration with Rugby Idaho, became the first school district in the nation to officially sanction girl's rugby.

The second duel meet of the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference National Small College Rugby Organization - NSCRO Fall 7s Series marked a huge improvement for the Ursinus College men's rugby club. The gentlemen went 3-0 this past Sunday against Swarthmore College Men's Rugby in three well-played bouts. The final scores for each game were 31-0, 40-7, and 10-7. Tries were scored by 6 different members of the team, with 4 of those members scoring multiple times. #ManOfTheMatch went to Jake Folk '21 for his four tries, including the game-winner in a hotly contested game 3. Double dose of Ursinus College vs. Swarthmore College rugby this weekend. The women play Swat on Saturday and the men play them on Sunday!

This past Sunday, in their first duel of the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference's Fall 7s season, Ursinus College Men's Rugby went 1-2 vs. Lock Haven. After losing 12-27 and 7-32 in their first two matches, the gentlemen showed great resiliency and came through with a 19-17 victory to end the day. Overall, Peter Scuderi scored three tries, Garrett Boures scored twice, and Val Bogachev scored once; Bogachev and Micah Cloward converted two kicks each. The next duel match is set for 12 PM on 10/7 vs. Swarthmore at home.
