Unified Family Services Systems 09.07.2021

Colorful friendship socks hang to dry. Students used permanent marker to color and rubbing alcohol spray to disperse the color. Each will trade one rock to have a mismatched pair of friendship socks at Everett After School Program.

Everett Elementary After School students made 15 bird feeders for Earth Day. Trooper Whelan stopped by to pick them up to distribute to care facilities in the area. Have you ever wanted to create YouTube videos? Design and make stained glass ornaments? Learn to create animated cartoons? Explore your culinary talents? Paint, draw, sculpt? Fly and shoot aerial photos and video from drones? Create animated characters for videos? These and more will be offered in the free Bedford County 21st Century Community Learning Centers STEAM into Summer 2021 Camp starting June 1 and running every Tuesday and Wednesday through July 7. The camp is open ...to all Bedford County students who will be in grades 6-12 in Fall 2021. STEAM into Summer is completely free and transportation will be provided to and from home schools. Sessions will run 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and your school will provide you with a bagged lunch. Once you enroll, you’ll be given an opportunity to choose among the workshops offered each week.
