For over 15 years I’ve dealt with heart issues and as many of you know last month I had heart surgery. Well About 2 weeks ago I got clearance to slowly get back into the grove of things. Today I decided to workout and slowly start to get back to where I was and it SUCKED. However, I’m going to keep pushing and come back stronger than I’ve ever been. Here are just a few clips so you guys can see me as I build myself back up. Just remember No matter what obstacles you face you always have that choice to be defeated or to be UNDISPUTED. Due to the recent events surrounding the unfortunate spread of the COVID 19 virus, we at Undisputed MMA have made the hard decision to close. The safety of our patrons, families and staff has always been our #1 priority. During the 2 week closure we will continue to follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC to assure continued safety for our students and families upon return.
