Every Wednesday from 2:00-3:30 PM, the Milton YMCA hosts a drive-through event to provide Supper and Snacks to children 18 years and younger. If you need more information call (570)742 7321 and ask for Ron Marshall.

Summit Early Learning in Mifflinburg provides a food giveaway every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, from 3-5 pm, at their center in Mifflinburg.

Please consider donating to the Union County Advisory Board Fund. Your donation can be used year 'round to help children with camp registration fees, dance and music lessons, pool passes and holiday gifts.

It’s been a challenging year for everyone. We’re here to help. On Thursday, December 17th from 3-6pm, the Sholley Insurance Agency with the help of Travelers In...surance and Fisher’s Meats, will be providing free baked ham, scalloped potatoes, and glazed carrot dinners to anyone in need. Meals will be prepared by S&M Catering in Mifflinburg and we didn’t forget about dessert! Each meal will be paired with a Christmas cookie made by Gable House Bakery in Mifflinburg. Meals will be available at a drive-thru tent in our office parking lot. No need to enter the office. Just drive up and take what you need. Union County Children and Youth Service has received hundreds of donations of new children's masks. We have both disposable and re-usable masks for ages 3-adult, and everywhere in between. Thank you so much to the amazing community for their response! If you are in need of a mask, please call the office and we will make arrangements with you for pick up or drop off.

The Mifflinburg Area Backpack Program will be offering a Free Summer Lunch Program throughout the summer for children up to age 18. This program will start on W...ednesday, June 17, 2020 and run every Wednesday throughout the summer. Lunches can be picked up at the Mifflinburg Community Park Pavilion from 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. This is a drive thru service but all students do not need to be in the car to receive food. Please enter the park using the entrance by the basketball courts. Each student will receive 6 lunches and 6 breakfasts. The Mifflinburg Area Backpack Program will also be handing out backpack snack items during the lunch distribution. If you are unable to pick up food from 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. you are encouraged to contact the Mifflinburg Backpack Program using their Facebook page. See more
