At its regular meeting this afternoon, the URA Board will vote to approve a $856,864 investment to preserve and rehabilitate affordable housing in Observatory Hill and East Hills. This investment will help to strengthen property values, stabilize the neighborhoods, and expand affordable homeownership opportunities.
