Over the next few weeks, The United Way will be conducting an online community assessment. This assessment will allow area residents to highlight the needs they believe are the most pressing, and not currently being addressed to their satisfaction/knowledge in our community. The United Way uses the results to focus their investments into local nonprofits offering programming, such as utility and rental assistance, childcare needs, after-school activities, and so much more. @Walmart is supporting your local United Way by giving shoppers the opportunity to round-up their purchases to the nearest $ and donate the change. Round-up is available on WalMart.com and the Walmart app through Jan. 29.

The Allegheny Gateway’s Civic Engagement Office will be hosting a socially distant Front Door Food Drive.
