Many of our customers loved to visit with our dogs while they waited for their keys to be made or locks to be rekeyed. Some of you know that we lost Charlie, our beloved Black Lab, on January 27th to cancer. Yesterday, we lost our other sidekick, MacTire, aka Mac, our grandpuppy. He was a Northern Inuit from Scotland. He was at our store from the time he came home from Scotland until about 6 months ago. We'll miss you Mac!

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Valley Sales & Service, Locksmiths will be open by appointment only until further notice. We are still doing emergency service calls. Hoping all of our customers stay safe and well. We'll miss you! Hope to see you soon.

Hey Everyone! Jim had carotid artery surgery on Friday January 25th. It was a little more intense than he expected it to be. We will be back to work and open for business on Monday, February 4th, at 8:30 a.m.

Hey Everyone! We will be closed from Friday, July 6th, through Friday July 13th. We will reopen Monday, July 16th at 8:30 A.M. refreshed and rejuvenated from our staycation.

Just heard there was a Jim Blackburn killed in East Liberty. Just wanted to let our customers know, it was NOT Jim at Valley Sales.

Happy Independence Day! Valley Sales will be closed July 4th. We will reopen on Thursday July 5th at 8:30 a.m. until noon.

Our store hours for the week of June 26th are as follows: Monday - closed, Tuesday - 9 A.M to 1 P.M., Wednesday - 10:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., Thursday - 9 A.M. to 1 P.M., Friday - Closed.

Since I'm seeing that there have been page views on this page, I thought that I should give everyone an update. Jim had double bypass surgery on May 18th. Surgery went very well and he was back home after just four short days. He is recuperating nicely and sees the surgeon for a check-up on Monday, June 12th. I know his customers are wondering when he'll be back to work. Trust me when I say that he is chomping at the bit to get back as well, but he has to regain his strength... and go through some cardiac rehab first. Jim and I thank you all for your kind words, cards and well wishes. Just know that he will be back to Valley Sales, just as soon as he is given the all clear by his doctors.

Valley Sales & Service will be closed for the Christmas holiday on Monday, December 26th. We will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th at 8:00 A.M.

Valley Sales is back open for business as of this morning, August 15th at 8:00 A.M.

We are having a great time on our much needed vacation. We will be back at the store, ready to serve our great customers on Monday, August 15.
