Wayside Maple

5600 trees of our 7000 are tapped. We managed to make a little bit of syrup this past Monday and hope to make a bunch more early this coming week if the weathermen aren’t lying. Coming up to speed slowly but surely.

We have 4000 taps in and vac running. 5000 gallons of sap in storage. If all goes well we plan on first boil tomorrow night.

Tapping 2020 has begun. We will try to be alittle better about posting season updates this year.
