P200247961 December 05, 2020 Big Lots, East End Centre... Theft Time: 2:51 PM Victim reported to police that someone had stolen her wallet which was left in a shopping cart. It was later determined that the victim's credit card was used at Walmart to purchase a television valued at $294.68.
