Luke is pictured holding a snail to represent how long and slow this year has felt, and Matt is pictured with a frog to represent his desire to quickly hop into a new and better year. :) . Not only are Luke and Matt co-owners, they're also brothers. In a year full of twists and turns, rapid change, and lots of decisions, these brothers have truly relied on each other while leading into... the unknown. They have been creative, adaptive, exhausted, unsure, and compassionate. When they were forced to shut down in the spring, faced with the possibility of not being able to open again, they still thought of creative ways to continue to provide for their employees. . It hasn't been easy owning and leading a small business during this pandemic. Many small businesses have not survived, and this fact is not lost on these two. Luke and Matt, you have led during uncertain times with morality and vulnerability. You have provided for your own families, as well as the families of your associates. You may feel exhausted, but those around you are forever grateful for the work you have done to get through this difficult year. Simply said, thank you. .
