July 25th - 29th (ends Thursday night) $375 - for any camper not attending another week this summer... $200 - for those who have attended another week of camp this summer with a discount CODE What is a bonus week you ask? This is a week where if you are 8-17 and have attended one of our other camps this summer you can come back for this bonus week at half price. Wesley Woods knows how much kids need camp this year more than ever and being in the great outdoors is a great way to spend their time after a crazy year. We are offering an All Around Sampler Camp that will have various popular activities that occur during our specialty camps all summer. We will go deeper with the Bible study that was covered earlier this summer or start at the beginning for new campers. You can go home and tell your friends how much fun you had and bring them along with you for this bonus week of camp. This camp will have pick up THURSDAY night from 6 to 7 instead of Friday night please plan accordingly.

Want to do a mini vacation with your family this summer and be able to enjoy the great outdoors? Bring your family to family camp Aug 1,2,3. Registration is Sunday between 3 and 4 pm. Check out on Tuesday by 2pm. You will have camp activities to choose to attend or explore camp and all that creation has to offer at Wesley Woods. Thank you to all that have come out over the last week to help with the tree clean up after the storm. We had lots of hard workers over the last few days. It was great to see everyone come together as we cleared some of the trees away.

Wesley Woods had several trees fall down during the horrible wind storm we had 2 nights ago, including the row of pine trees by the office and a few more on other parts of camp. Thankfully, no people or buildings were hurt/harmed, but cleaning up the fallen trees is going to be a huge undertaking. We are doing a workday cleanup Saturday, Nov 21 starting at 9am. Lunch will be provided + bring chainsaws and gloves! RSVP to Emily Reed at 814-335-2052 via call or text with how many people you are bringing. This year, we are hosting a Virtual Booster Dinner where we will be announcing our Volunteer of the Year and Hall of Fame inductees, as well as sharing some camp testimonies. Yesterday was national No Beard Day, which reminds us of what our amazing volunteer counselors will do to raise money for campership! Last summer, we had a counselor shave his head and beard because the campers raised a certain amount of money during their week of camp. Happy belated #NoBeardDay!

It was a beautiful weekend for a golf event, hosted by Bradley Reed! God has been doing wonderful things this Fall season. Thank you to all the men that came out.

Last night was a beautiful night to take a tour around the camp. It was great getting to fellowship with people from some of our local churches and discuss possibilities for the future of WW.

Our last week of summer camp for 2020 has begun. Even though the rain came, we were able to distance ourselves and worship. It is great to hear the campers, as their singing fills the dining hall.

A huge thank you to Piper from Allegheny Outfitters. Although we take the campers canoeing ourselves, last week Piper saw us at the launch and asked if she could provide an overview of what they could expect on the river. Piper explained the challenges that come with the lower water. Our campers put that advice to use and had an amazing trip. Piper thank you for going above and beyond to help our senior high campers enjoy their time on the river and stay safe.
