With the Thanksgiving season quickly approaching, we have so much to be thankful for here at Memorial Highway Chevrolet, especially each and every person we've ...welcomed into our growing family this year! That being said, we would like to invite our family members to join us in filling up one of our Chevy Trucks with non-perishable food items to help our locals celebrate giving thanks with their families! Our Silverado will be parked at Windber Fire Department as of November 2nd and we will be taking donations up until the 21st, to be delivered to W.A.C.K. for distribution on the 23rd. Join us in giving thanks about the good parts of 2020 as a community! www.MemorialChevy.com

As of midnight tonight, March 16, 2020, Bucks Public Safety Training is suspending all local level courses and testing for two weeks. Governor Wolf’s call for ...a statewide shutdown of non-essential businesses and gatherings has led us to suspend courses. Departments and instructors should make contact to develop a plan for these programs after this hopefully subsides. Classes could possibly resume March 30th. During the two-week suspension we will keep assessing the situation and make decisions about the continuation of programs. Thank you for your attention to this important matter and stay connected as this situation evolves.
The Dynamics of Emergency Vehicle Response class schedule for tonight, and the Hazmat Operations Refresher schedule for March 23 and 30 have been cancelled. Please stay tuned for additional information and for information regarding the rescheduling of these courses. Thank you.
A message regarding the spring 2020 Cambria County fire school.
Today students from the Windber , Richland Twp., and Bedford Fire Departments finished the Tanker and Water Supply (TAWS) class. The course was 16 hours in length and covered a variety of topics and applications utilizing Tankers on the Fireground. The course was hosted by WRTI and held in conjunction with the Bucks County Community College. Special thanks to the Jerome, Sipesville, and Boswell Fire Departments for the use of their Tankers, we truly appreciate your support and dedication to training. Instructor(s): R. Haddad, A. Bloom, and C. Boyd
