A big Thank You to everyone who volunteered and those who came out to participate in the Drive Thru Trick or Treat Event held outside of Wynnefield Library today. It was a great success. The weather was absolutely wonderful! We had over 200 participants driving by and walking up to tables. We are so grateful to Ms. Saidas Foster, of Gompers Community School for organizing this event, Saint Joseph's University, Friends of Wynnefield Library members Lucille Mason and Frances Conwell , Wynnefield Cultural Center Advisory Council, Wynnefield Residents Association, and the additional Commmunity partners who made donations, especially Valerie Samuel and Chris Caputo of Youth Services and Programs from the Free Library of Philadelphia.
