Mollie and I are both e-notaries as of today. Yesterday, the state approved of remote notarizarion of certain estate planning documents in some situations. While it is not ideal, it does offer a potential solution to some of the difficulties presented by the pandemic. Please contact us with any questions,and be safe!

Our Firm was granted a waiver from the state to remain open for our clients. Despite this, we will take every precaution to keep our staff and clients safe. Staff will primarily work from home. The Firm has set up Zoom and Skype video-conferencing and a safe signing process for estate planning documents that cannot wait.
