Black, LIT, & FIT + WIM GLOBAL Presents: WIM Wellness Fall Run! Please come on out this Saturday and join us for some morning wellness fun in the sun! The weather in Philadelphia is predicted to be 76 degrees and sunny! Fall is already here and we are so excited for this brisk cool breeze! It's the perfect weather to indulge in some fitness with your favorite Women In Media! Running is a great way to relieve stress , burn calories and strengthen your muscles + it’s COVID safe...! Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes will be available for attendees. We ask that you wear a mask during the event and practice social distancing. Our Fall Run will be led by Fitness Queen Zemirah Scott, an experienced personal trainer and holistic wellness coach. She has been guiding individuals on their wellness journeys professionally, for the last 4 years. Upon starting her brand "Fit Queen Zee", Zemirah was on her own self discovery/plant based journey. As a Holistic Nutrition professional, Zemirah Scott is dedicated to helping families, geriatrics and individuals on ways to improve diet, lifestyle, and attitudes around wellness. Her custom routines focus on mindfulness, meditation and using our body as our greatest tool. This has not only been a staple in her brand, but also, the improvement with her clients results.
