What a fucking show! Thanks to the generosity of the Philly burlesque community we are donating around $4800 to Black Lives Matter Philly. Jennifer Eden was OU...TSTANDING as the emcee and the cast, curated by Caresse Deville, absolutely blew us out of the water. Raffle winners are being contacted directly this weekend. Thank you to Ginger Leigh, Jenni Bagby, Philadelphia Burlesque Academy & The Peek-A-Boo Revue for production help, Franky Bradley's, Redlite Photos & Dr Fluffy for help with live video shoots, Nicole Benner, Jaeda & Eyrie Twylite for raffle management, Nick Morgan & Patti LuStoned for video editing, Rachel Wescott for flyer design, Hattie Harlowe for press release writing, to all of our raffle donors, and Flrt Vonnegut for directing tonight’s show.

Update to the Philly burlesque community and other invested parties on what we've done and what we still need. What we've accomplished: The Burlesque Fundrais...er for BLM Philly ft Jeez Loueez! is THIS FRIDAY! You can get tickets now and support by signal boosting to your networks. https://bit.ly/BurlyBLM Caresse Deville assembled an incredible cast, all performers of color, including the #1 ranked burlesquer in the dang world. Thanks to the generosity of the community, we have raised enough money to pay the cast an above-industry standard rate! With the help of Franky Bradleys (thanks Dave & Scott), Redlite Photos and Dr Fluffy, we were able to provide a space, sound and videography for those performers who couldn't film at home. Patti LuStoned and Nick Peter have offered their services in editing. What we still need: Raffles! Eyrie Twylite has gathered a number of great raffle donations. We are still looking for more donations and also seeking help on running the raffle. Black lives still matter. While the media's attention on protests and activism has waned, we are still in this fight and need your energy. 100% of our proceeds go to Black Lives Matter Philly, an organization doing the work that needs to be done RIGHT NOW and IN OUR CITY. Supporting this fundraiser is an easy and direct way to both help and to showcase the talents of this scene. You can buy a ticket, buy raffles, signal boost the event.
