Our busy four doctor practice is looking for a fun, friendly, person who has great customer service skills and can handle difficult situations with tact and empathy. We pride ourselves on taking great care of our patients and clients and need someone who wants to be a part of a clinic that provides excellent care and customer service :) Some of the duties will include answering telephone calls, - (we use a multi line phone system) booking appointments, greeting clients and p...atients, computer invoicing and receiving payments, and the ability to work well with our team to get things done. Experience in a veterinary clinic is encouraged. Intravet software is a plus. Our reception office is a busy and fast paced environment. It is the hub of communication for the hospital. We need an applicant that can keep up with the demand of phone calls and client requests on a daily basis to ensure prompt and accurate client service- AND you will be working with some pretty awesome people :) Pay is based on experience. Additional benefits include paid vacation, holidays, , matching 401K, uniforms allowance, and discounted veterinary care. Applicant must be available to work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday (on a rotating schedule so everyone gets a weekend or two off a month.)
