After years of neglect had allowed this #historic landmark in Martin County, Florida to deteriorate, AES #reconstructed The Mansion at Tuckahoe and restored it to its original configuration, successfully recapturing its illustrious beauty from 80 years ago.

AES is proud to craft #structures where people can learn and worship, like Dunns Creek Baptist Church. This facility houses a sanctuary, a baptistry mezzanine, a nursery, a choir rehearsal room, education classrooms, and support spaces that serve the Jacksonville #community.

The Flagler Center Offices includes two distinct #architectural elements: an economic tilt-up approach on the lower levels and glass and steel #design for the upper levels. The biggest challenge was successfully completing the seamless combination on-time and under budget.

The newest addition to the North Shore, the SAP Corporate Office is a mixed-use #commercial and retail facility on the Allegheny River. Built on a challenging site, options for #construction sequencing provided by AES allowed the project to be completed on an aggressive schedule.

The Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Center at Penn State Behrend combines #academic and #commercial endeavors, developing the next generation of products and services. The steel-framed #design provides for open and flexible spaces perfect for collaboration.

Ackerman Cancer Center (prev. First Coast Oncology) has come to AES for their #structural needs for the past 18 years! Projects have included two separate building #additions and a Proton Accelerator vault to provide even more patients with the high-quality care they deserve.

AES provided #structural services to convert the #historic Glynn R. Archer School into the Key West City Hall. Due to the team's #sustainability efforts, this project achieved LEED Platinum Certification!

On a 60-acre property, the Masonic Villages at Sewickley offers ideal retirement and assisted living housing. AES #designed the #expansion of the complex with 8 new residence buildings and #additions to the clubhouse that helped add amenities and services for the residents.

Constructed on a geometrically challenging site, the Black Sheep Restaurant in the historic Five Points neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida is a true mixed-use facility. To maximize the building's potential, an angular #structural solution provided 24,000 square feet including a ground floor #restaurant, two floors of #commercial space, and a rooftop lounge.

A seamless blend of tilt-up #concrete, composite #steel, and glass curtainwall, Butler Plaza provides 270,000 square feet of commercial space for burgeoning business enterprises. This AES Jacksonville project proves that aesthetics can be achieved through simple, efficient #design.
