Bagels By Ji

Hi everyone! People been asking how to keep the bagels fresh longer... Slice the bagels in half, put it in the zip lock bag and keep it in the freezer until you want to eat them. Pop it in the toaster and enjoy! But if you forget to do all the above and left it out on the counter for few days, and realize it’s stale, no worries! Preheat the oven on at 350, quickly run the bagel under the faucet, lay them on the baking sheet unsliced (whole), bake it in the hot oven for 5-10 minutes, you will have fresh bagels!! Enjoy!!
