All hearing aid users: remember to double-check your hearing aids are still in place after you remove your face masks!

We will be closing temporarily and plan to reopen on March 30. We will be answering phones, emails and other messages during this time. Please call us if you have an emergency with your hearing aids, if you want to schedule a future appointment, or if you need to pick up supplies. We will still have access to our telehealth program and we have tutorial videos we can send to you for problems we can fix remotely. Sorry for the long post, I want to update you with how we are dealing with an ever-changing situation. We are still open in both offices with regular business hours. If you are experiencing any flu/cold symptoms, you have traveled internationally, or are considered high-risk for COVID-19, please call our office to make arrangements for your visit. We are able to come down to your car to get your hearing aids or you can possibly have a loved one bring your aids in or pick up y...our supplies. We are now equipped to perform Telehealth services! What does this mean? We can have a video conference with you or a loved one where we can walk you through the steps of cleaning your aid, changing the battery, or helping you with insertion of the aid. We can also type the information to you if that makes it easier to communicate. All you need is internet, a smart phone or a computer with video ability. Call our office to set up an appointment for this service. We are really excited to have this feature and I promise, it is truly easy to access. We are now also equipped with a portal that allows you to check upcoming appointments, request an appointment, or watch a video showing you how to clean your aids or change the battery.
