The Bee a Bower Hill Author/Illustrator after school class had so much fun yesterday! We met two local authors, Joan Dinan and Brianne Mitchell. Mrs. Dinan and Mrs. Mitchell told us all about how to successfully write, illustrate, and publish a book. A special THANK YOU to Joan and Brianne for coming to visit our group of aspiring writers!

Students are using a pebble to cast their vote which represents the website (.net or .edu) they feel has more reliable information about ice cream. Penn State’s official .edu creamery website is winning so far. Bower Hill students are proving that they know how to evaluate websites! We have learned over the past few weeks that not all information found on the internet is true. What a great skill to possess in this technological world we live in!
