Brenizer Bulletin Board 26.01.2021

Brenizer park is still closed. This is unfortunate for everyone. Someone has removed the park closed signs and the caution tape. That will have to be replaced at added cost. This is a wasteful unneeded expense. We get it you don't like it we dont like it either. however we do not want any more restrictions placed on the park due to people not following the guidelines set forth. ... Please do not use the park, play area pavilion etc. There is no timeline as to reopening at this time. Several baseball teams are using the fields that is the only acceptable usage permitted at this time. We are taking it week by week right down the chain and an update will be posted as soon as the park can be safely opened.

The yearly Brenizer Memorial service is canceled for this year. With all the restrictions in place with no real end date there is sadly no way we can plan and effectively make it happen. Brenizer Park is still closed and we are eagerly awaiting advisement as to when we will be able to reopen. ... The may community association is also canceled. Sorry folks its simply out of our hands.

Brenizer lost another long time resident. Mr. Bosco was an amazing man. He stepped up so many times for our community. He helped keep the monument in tip top shape and was an instrumental part of our Memorial Day service. Prayers to everyone during this difficult time. https://www.jamesfergusonfuneralhome.com/not/Nicholas-Bosco
