Happy Holidays from the C&K family to yours!!!

Despite COVID-19 drastically changing how we practice immigration law and how we operate our firm, we have continued to tirelessly work to defend out clients. In August, we were able to win asylum for a Salvadoran mother and her child AND for an Indigenous Guatemalan mother and her four children. In September we won asylum for another Indigenous Guatemalan mother and child. ... Each of these clients suffered harm and/or horrific abuse in their home countries. All fled their countries, leaving family and friends behind in an effort to save their lives and their children's lives. Despite this Administration's best efforts to deny them protection under our laws, we, and they, prevailed, keeping hope alive for those to follow. We continue to fight on for our clients and their families and thank our C&K family for their understanding and cooperation as we navigate this incredibly difficult time. <3

C&K is taking necessary precautions in light of the COVID 19 virus to keep its staff and clients safe and healthy. We are continuing to diligently work on our clients' cases and our offices remain open. However, for the next TWO weeks, at least, we will NOT be conducting IN PERSON consultations or client appointments, only phone appointments.
