It is our goal to keep customers connected. We have a Customer Assistance Program designed to help customers avoid falling behind on their accounts. If you have a past due, or delinquent account, there are options available to you. Our Virtual Q&A session is designed to help customers find the best assistance available to fit their household’s financial needs. Join us on March 18th from 6-8pm for a live discussion about what CRW can offer those with past due or delinquent account status. If you are unable to join us for the live meeting, you can still submit questions to be answered live, and watch the recorded meeting at a later date. Please submit questions to [email protected] and use Virtual Q&A in the subject line

Congratulations to Jarvis Brown for excellent work and dedication to our team for the month of January 2021!! Jarvis has navigated an extremely steep learning curve influenced by the public, several CRW departments, our Board of Directors, the solicitor and the municipal bidding landscape; all during a pandemic. He remains committed to the integrity, success and growth of the MWDBE Plan in his review of contractors' bids - a process complicated by high expectations and limited time. Jarvis demonstrates a unique ability to find the right path and has demonstrated a strong commitment to our core values and strives to make our organization better by setting an amazing example for the rest of our team, thereby earning this prestigious award! Show Jarvis some love in the comments below!

As extreme cold temperatures continue this week, it’s important to take every precaution to prevent frozen pipes. Take these steps today to prevent costly problems: 1. Locate your water service shut off valve so you can shut off the water if a pipe breaks. 2. Identify areas of your home that are not protected from cold weather. 3. Eliminate excess cold air.... 4. Protect exposed pipes and your water meter by wrapping them with insulation. 5. Close inside valves supplying outdoor hose bibs.
