2020 Youth Martial Arts Summer Camp http://chaartkd.com/index.php

**Parents-child class sign-up: This class is designed for parents and their children. This will promote respect, understanding, and cooperation between parents and their kids by training together in martial arts. This class will run once a week, on Wednesdays, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you are interested make sure you inquire with Master Chaar.

* Parents night out: Friday, March 22, 2019, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This is an activity for our students and their friends. This event involves games, including nerf war, obstacle course, pizza party, and a movie. Send an email and let us know if you are planning on attending.

*Cardio-Martial Arts Boot Camp: March 18 through April 12. This is a 4- week program that will get you in shape and make you lose weight. This activity is for the entire family (Teen agers and above). Classes are run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6:00 am to 7:00 am. Everybody's body mass will measured at the start of the program and at the end of it. You'll be amazed of the results you will be achieving. You can register today. Forms are available in the waiting area.
