Dr. Harris is a WWII Veteran who was awarded a Purple Heart for being injured twice in battle. He earned a PhD in Economics from Penn State and is an expert in organizational development. We are honored to have such an accomplished and great man in our community. Thanks to members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated for inviting Hatfield to participate. Due to the severe winter storm affecting our region, a snow emergency has been declared for both Hatfield Township and Hatfield Borough, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Effective as of 12:15 PM today, February 22, 2021. It will remain in effect for the duration of the storm.

Engine 12 and Engine 17 responded to an odor of something burning on Pine Street in Hatfield Township. All units have since cleared the scene. Volunteers will be staffing the stations for the remainder of the snow storm.

A snow emergency has officially been declared in Hatfield Township for today’s snowstorm. This goes into effect at 4AM.

Santa is coming to Colmar for our annual Santa Run!

Santa will be cruising by on Christmas eve night 12/24/20 starting at 5pm. A Colmar fire truck will be escorting Santa through town with lights and sirens. Santa will be on top! Due to Covid-19, we want to ensure Santa's safety and will not be making any stops this year. Have a happy and safe holiday!
