Smoking season has begun! We are on week 2 of smoking on this beautiful day! We got some big surprises planned for this year so keep an eye out for announcements.
Just wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know...yes, we are still here. The winter months can be tough on the smoking sometimes with the temperatures and so we are looking forward to warmer days so we can get out there and smoke some delicious meats to share with all of you!
