This color correction was done on Halloween so to officially end spooky season here we are! We started with 1 inch of virgin regrowth and mids/ends lightened and covered in pink, blue, and green. We did a full color removal, double toned and then dyed and sealed it all in with a renewal deep conditioner. This process took 3 1/2 hours but we brought it back to his natural strawberry blonde with @matrix and @joico products. Growing out/color correcting the half and half purple/green I had on I achieved this look after using ion lavender with 20vol in open air for 35 mins and then washing/using @sheamoisture leave in conditioner since permanent colors still do damage, especially on curls!... I'm always for documenting the progression of color corrections and people's hair journey. Color correction over a previous home done balayage. Cut about 3 inches off. Mixed 50g of matrix 5rv with 20g of 9rg + 75g of 20vol for 30 minutes and then washed with purple shampoo to tone out brass left above the desired color from previous years.
