If you do not receive a bill within a few days of this date and have water service on, please contact Southwest at 724-883-2301 or 724-627-7445
anyone owing Dunkard Valley Joint Municipal Authority money must pa BEFORE the 30th of January in full in cash...Water is scheduled to be shut off that day and you will have to pay Southwest Water to have it turned back on
