Eddington Fire Company

Tonight with the Eddington Fire Company, new drivers worked on pumping and working with multiple hand lines coming off the truck. Probationary members and junior members worked on their hydrant skills.

At 11 am this morning, Engine 28, Engine 28-1, Deputy 28, and Chief 28 responded to a brush fire call. The fire was quickly extinguished by today’s crews.

Eddington Fire company went in service on box 28/15. Chief 28 set up Eddington command with the help of E11, L11, R16, T16, L37, E44, E52, L65. Fire was extinguished and investigated by Bensalem fire marshals office.

At approximately 19:15 Saturday evening, Engine 28 was called out for a fire investigation. Upon Engine 28 and the Assistant Chief’s arrival, an open burn was discovered and quickly extinguished.
