These two were found by a Good Samaritan in Outcrop no chip both had collars if you know them or owner please contact the shelter. They are safe, warm and fed.

We would like to give a big thanks to Rocco Tom who did his annual shelter food drive for all of our furbabies. Rocco loves animals and his family also adopted a wonderful senior girl from us (love you Potato). We appreciate all that our community does for us and when we get an outpouring like this from an event started by a young boy who wanted to help we can’t say thank you enough!!

We had a wonderful adoption of one of our little pups today that made all of us very happy!! Seymour came to us in the summer when he was found. He was very scared and it took him awhile to warm up. While at the shelter he didn’t get much interest because of his nervousness so he went to a wonderful foster family who has been his support system for the past 4 months. They worked with Seymour and showed him the love and attention he needed. His new dad came to meet him and... spent over an hour with Seymour, making sure he was comfortable with him before he took him home. He is willing to give Seymour all the patience and love he will need to adjust to his new home. We are so thankful to not only his adoptive dad but also his wonderful foster family for doing all they could to make sure Seymour found the perfect home for him. Some dogs and cats need a little more attention then what they can get at the shelter and the time in a home really helps them.
