Ways to keep your FIT during the holiday seasons... Have a workout plan every week. Make it realistic and stick with it. If you are short on time do 15 minutes of HIIT TAKE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES FOR YOUR HEALTH... Have a nutrition plan- If you’re not a meal prepper at least be a meal planner. Have an idea. Make it a colorful idea but have a plan. Lots of color will help keep you feeling satisfied and energized. If you binge/cheat whatever you want to call it don’t make it a whole day. Put your health first. If you have a plan you’re less likely to binge. You CAN put your health first and enjoy the holidays. If you regret your choices every year, it’s time to find your balance
