I know many of our alumni would say it rains all the time here in Indiana, PA ... but the past 4 months have been abnormally dry!

Another day on our dynamic planet. The 7.8M quake off the Aleutian Islands of Alaska was recorded nicely on the seismometer located here on campus. It also generated a small tsunami that was recorded along the Alaska coastline by tide gauges.
