Last week again I meet a customer who bought a machine they did not know how to properly run and or did not train the employee how to use it properly! It cost them thousands of dollars which could have been avoided it they read the manual or got trained to use the machine correctly!

Just remember an when your machine is making unusual noises or is not performing like it did before, ITS TELLING YOU SOMETHING IS WRONG!!! Its need some attention!!! Call us to help you adjust and fix it before it stops all together and will cost you much more to fix, plus it will break down when you want to fill that very important order!

Gets pretty bad when you can throw the belt pulley sheave onto the shaft that once drove it!!! Key way and key totally worn away!!

Each week I go out to repair machines and I find out that either the employees and or the owner were not trained to run the machines or they did not know the basics of running that machine!!! Over 70% of repairs are due to not running the machine properly or just running it until it dies. It amazes me that people know the machine needs work but they won't fixed it before it just stops!! Then guess what??? They want it fixed yesterday, when many yesterday days ago they should have called me to fix it before it broke!! When a machine just dies!! It's cost more to fix it and it screws you of lost production that isn't scheduled!! Be proactive instead of reactive!!!!
