The National Taxpayer Advocate announced that the IRS is going to mail a backlog of TWENTY MILLION notices -- apparently they have been printing, but not mailing them. Many will already be past the response date or even closed in the taxpayer's favor. Please do not panic, but do forward all notices to us for review. I will be watching a webinar tomorrow on the best way to proceed with this situation.

PA UC says that if employers receive notice of being charged for COVID-19 separations, they will be reversed. No action is required, but please keep all notices so we can ensure that you are given the proper credit. I viewed a webinar last week and they indicated that it could take up to 90 days for the credits to show on your account. (Wendy)
