***NEW GYM EQUIPMENT ALERT***

Yes it’s finally time! As of 5/29/2020 we are officially open again. We are looking forward to seeing all members back down here, attacking the weights as usual. We do have safety measures in place for sanitation and cleanliness of our facility. Come on down and enjoy the summer with the garage open. Also as an announcement. Please take the courtesy of opening the garage doors in the rear of the gym to allow fresh and proper air flow through the gym during hot and humid weather. And as always, train insane or remain the same! It’s damn good to be back.

ATTENTION MEMBERS: We are officially re-opening Friday, May 29 under CDC guidelines. It is imperative that all of us use the facility cautiously. I have bottles of disinfectants placed throughout the facility. Please spray equipment before and after use. Frequent hand washing and social distancing will help us all maintain our health. All membership dues will be due on June 1st. If you have any further questions please contact the facility. Thank You.

We would like to take precautionary measures because we are a public place of business. Most importantly, we request that you please stay home if you are sick. You may be able to survive a respiratory illness, but if you bring it here and leave it for someone else they may take it home and pass it to someone who is im...munodeficient and could become seriously ill. Please wash your hands regularly while at our facility for at least 20 seconds. We have also provided cleaning supplies for you to wipe the machines before and after use. Again, it’s precautionary. Solid NC Ironworks member now for 10+ years. Has been competing and representing the gym now for the past several years. Always has a head on "go at it" approach.
