Spartan Gym Strength & Conditioning

Thursday we have a 9am workout ONLY, no 5pm We still have open gym 24/7 so feel free to come in Thursday to get in your own workout if you can't make group class. You must have your key fob for open gym. If you signed up for open gym and don't have a key fob please let us know so we can get you one ASAP. GYM PROTOCOLS: 1) Please bring a mask with you to the gym, everyone has their own comfort level which we understand however I am requiring members to BRING one in.... 2) Please spray down your equipment, barbells and pull-up bars after each use. OPEN GYM MEMBERS PLEASE FOLLOW THIS! 3) Please wash your hands or use sanitizer when you walk in prior to starting class. 4) Please put back everything you touch EXACTLY where you found it. This is your guys second home so please don't leave shit all over the gym for other people to put away. 5) Be nice to everyone :) and go out of your way to introduce yourself to new members and encourage them. Remember your first day at the gym? You were probably nervous and/or scared, maybe thought you would be judged or looked at funny. We all became a big family and we have a great community here. Remember...we have open gym 24/7 so there is always time for you to get a workout in if you are nervous about being around people. If I don't see you the rest of the week have a Happy Thanksgiving!
