Bernd Fehrenbach, owner of Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks & German Gifts, comes from a long line of Black Forest artisansfive generations, to be exact. A woodcarver by trade, Bernd trained under his father, Rudi Fehrenbach, before moving to the United States from Germany in 2008. Bernd opened a brick-and-mortar shop in Peddler's Village, selling a fine selection of hand-carved wooden cuckoo clocks as well as nutcrackers, beer steins, glassware, nativity sets, and other authentic German souvenirs.
