Mayor Adams has declared a Snow Emergency in Tremont Borough effective 5 pm Sunday, January 31st until 1pm Wednesday, February 3rd. Snow Emergency Routes include Clay St., North St., Spring St., East Laurel St., West Laurel St., East Line St. to Union St., East Main St., to intersection of Union St., and West Main St. Residents who are parked along these streets must move their vehicles. We ask that you help by making sure hydrants are clear of snow and ice. Assist the elderly by helping them clear their sidewalks. Help your neighbors. Be smart, Stay home and Stay Safe Everyone.

With the predicted rainfall in the forecast, we are asking Residents living near storm drains to please keep an eye on them so we can make sure they free and clear of any debris or slush to avoid any flooding issues. Contact Mayor Adams with any concerns.

Snow Emergency Routes include Clay St., North St., Spring St., East Laurel St., West Laurel St., East Line St. to Union St., East Main St., to intersection of Union St., and West Main St. Residents who are parked along these streets must move their vehicles before the storm begins. The latest update indicates snow to start falling in... our area around 11am. The heaviest snowfall (2 - 4" per hour) will start around 5 pm and will continue into the overnight hours. The storm is expected to be over by mid morning on Thursday. We ask that you help by making sure hydrants are clear of snow and ice. Assist the elderly by helping them clear their sidewalks.
