Thank you for all who signed up for the xc ski clinic! We skied 3 plus miles, the conditions were good, and everyone had fun. Thank you to Deb MacNamara and L...ynn Conrad for leading the successful clinic. We are planning to do a "during the week" xc ski clinic and the first Saturday in February. Cross country skiing clinic, Saturday, January 16th at 10 am. Meeting at the Rail Trail Office, N Main Street, Union Dale at 9:30 am. If you need to rent equipment, it will be $15.00. Please pre-register by contacting the office 570-679-9300 or emailing [email protected]. Most important, if you are renting, we will need to know your shoe size before Friday. You will need to wear a mask upon arrival.

Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Walk, November 26, 9 am Simpson Trailhead, 4 pm Union Dale Trailhead with headlamps, November 27, 10 am Forest City Trailhead. Burn those calories before the big meal, or after the big meal or you can meet up for the day after, to walk and burn those calories from all that great foodyou can shop anytime! Second Saturday Trail Yoga to Panthers. 10 am meeting at the O&W Trailhead on Homestead Street in Simpson. Tiffany Debish will lead us on a 3.5 mile hike, mindful breathing, stopping to stretch along the way. Engage your senses and let nature take you away! We will be observing the 6 ft distance. Please have your masks on at arrival. Dress warm and don't forget the tick spray. Pre-registration is recommended by emailing [email protected]. Hope to see you there!
