This apartment really needed some life back into it in downtown Sayre. It’s an amazing location and we can’t wait to see someone settle in here. Still have some work to do but wanted to share how far it’s come! We LOVED how this flooring came out! We are still accepting applications for this apartment and it’ll be available early July. Just an update on the past few months! Although we were sad to go, we sold our house that we put so much love and work into, and bought a place with more room for our kids and dogs! We have been doing lots of work to our new home, and are loving every change we have made! Some even BIGGER news!! We recently purchased a building in downtown Sayre with a commercial storefront on street level and (2) 2BDR apartments on the second floor, and started a Real Estate Holding (Prop...erty Management and Investment) company! We are currently in the middle of updating one of the apartments, with an anticipated move in ready date of 15June19!! We are adding all new flooring, new countertops and appliances in the kitchen, all new paint, and the best update of all will be held a surprise!! This unit already has natural gas and central forced air, off street parking, and is only (2) blocks from Guthrie. I am no longer a Real Estate Salesperson with Coldwell Banker, but am working extremely hard and diligently with Nicole to grow our Real Estate Holdings company to help better meet the needs of those looking for real estate in our local communities!
