TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY Meet Mechele Shives she has been a member since August and she has been getting some REAL RESULTS at THE8BLOCK . She joined us during her Fitness Journey, she had hit a plateau and was a little frustrated and honestly a little intimidated but all that was out the window, the minute she stepped foot into THE8BLOCK and became part of our Fitness Family! She absolutely loves the workouts and continues to build muscle and she is the healthiest and strongest she has ever been! We are so proud of you Mechele and you are a true inspiration to all!
