December 20 Thursdays at 6P, Sundays at 10A. Our Silent Flow utilizes a combination of a gente yoga flow + headphones + candles for a tranquil and peaceful class. Yoga Flow class incorporates energizing and restorative movements + breath work for a well rounded uplifting class! For payment, please Venmo (Monica-Calero-1) or PayPal ([email protected]) In the event gyms shut down due to COVID-19 we will issue a full or partial refund, dependent on timing.
