The experience of being immobilized for months was depressing and gave me a glimpse of a future without the things I loved doing most. Something I took for granted. That revelation and the desire for a full recovery from my injury started my serious search for a sustainable exercise program. Being outdoors runs through Linda’s blood. In fact, she met her husband on the ski slopes. Over the years their lives have revolved around activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, wat...er skiing, snow skiing, hiking, and biking. Linda is an avid gardener and their sons are both Eagle Scouts. The entire McChesney family loves being outdoors and has learned many important life lessons in their adventures together. But her outdoor adventurers were quickly halted when Linda broke her knee in a snow skiing accident. Keep reading for more about Stephanie’s experience: "I heard about it from a radio ad, and it sounded amazing. 20 minutes, twice a week? That’s perfect! There’s nothing like maximizing your time. I went in for my first session at the West LA studio and realized this was where I was meant to be. While the low time com...mitment was a huge draw, I felt the best thing about the training was the level of privacy you get from being 1-on-1 with a Trainer. From day one, my trainer made an effort to understand my body and the way my muscles develop which has been invaluable to my fitness growth. I was suffering from Osteoporosis, and not having enough bone density had caused me to get hurt during workouts in the past. My trainer took extra care to tend to my needs, and adapted the exercises so that I could do them all without fear of pain or injury. Not only did The Perfect Workout avoid worsening my osteoporosis, but it helped downgrade it to osteopenia, a much more manageable condition. Now I feel healthier and live with less pain, and I look fantastic. My coworkers, and even my fellow clients at The Perfect Workout, have all commented at how slim I look. ‘I can’t believe you’re 60!’ is a compliment I get often. My new figure really hit home for me when I had to run off to work right after a workout one week. As I was putting on my usual black pants, I realized they no longer fit me! They were two inches too big everywhere. I ran right back into the studio to tell my trainer the great news, and I carried that confidence into my job that day. The energy I get from The Perfect Workout has allowed me to enjoy physical activities much more. The Perfect Workout gives me the best results in the shortest amount of time.
