West Branch Soccer Club

WB4, owned by Wayne Bower, put shingles on the WBSC tractor shed (the big shed) and metal roofing on the ball/paint shed (the smaller one). Wayne Bower donated the metal roofing and Yuri Svec, former All-State player at LHHS and a local contractor, donated the shingles! Thank-you to Wayne, Yuri and WB4!

Thanks to the Clinton County Community Foundation Grant and Wayne Bower of WB4 Construction the pavilion at the WBSC has a new roof! A tip of the hat also goes to Yuri Svec for helping to coordinate this and a big THANK-YOU goes to Ashley Swineford, manager of Lowe's for a great discount on the shingles.

A big SHOUT OUT to Bill Sementelli and his chain saw for helping cut up a pine tree limb that came down at our fields this week. This is not the first time that Seme has helped out the WBSC! Thank-you Bill.

WBSC Camp news! We had planned on having our annual camp but late last week after much discussion and debating we decided regretfully that it would be too difficult to hold a fun and safe camp this year. This was decision made after the Governor's latest regulations update. Hopefully we will see you next year. The fall season as for now is a go.

Update on the West Branch Soccer Club Go Fund Me campaign. We raised $1020. This was raised by only 15 donors! Thank-you so much. We've increased our goal now to $2000. If you've given before we don't expect you to give again. You have done your part. Thank-you! But pass this on to soccer friends who might give. A lot of LHHS and CMHS soccer players played at WBSC, ask them to give back. We have a $2000 fertilizer and grub control application coming up. An infestation of grubs can destroy good turf.
