It was 7 in the morning and about 20 degrees Fahrenheit. I remember driving up to our location on Mt. Washington thinking to myself, I wonder how this sunrise will look. You never really know when the dark of night from the day before still lingers into the next. By the time Beth and Stephan arrived, the warmth had already risen over the city and poured my favorite light over us. It made these chilly moments feel even more intimate, warm, and cozy. For me, there’s nothing more exciting and liberating than creating in moments like this.
