We just received the translation from Jerome for the video from French to English: From Los Angeles to New York It’s part of the American saga.... Nowadays, choosing his car means proclaiming a certain idea of the United States. Stand UP - JEROME GARRO Let’s start this tv report in Pennsylvania with a crazy race. You’ll see, this is the place to drive a 4x4! A big wheels rally ... for a relaxing family week-end. The bigger it is the funnier! We are obsessed with 4x4! The American love their big toys, and it’s not just the boys, the girl’s things too. (MUSIC) People here got cars in their soul. And this feeling passes down from one generation to the next. Kenny Look at this Jerome, this is my Jeep Grand Cherokee 1997. When we bought it, it didn’t move, it was very bad Kenny takes us on board to share his road’s spirit. Kenny When you drive in 4x4 you meet people during the year. It’s like a family. And I want to share that with the kids. Make memories with them. (LAUGH) We come just to have fun, relaxing with friends during a sunny day. Some place are still locked down but here we are in a free state A free state; this expression was used by Donald Trump, talking about the lockdown. By the way Trump’s colors are everywhere. Pennsylvania has shifted Republican in 2016. Freedom thanks to cars for Zack and his three daughters, this is the very essence of America. Zack It represents freedom. We can just roll over and travel down the road, you know, start somewhere else. And with cars you can travel a lot further. The pioneering spirit is still alive in this country as big as a continent. Inland, there are almost no public transportation. You do everything by car. You eat lunch, cast your ballot behind the wheel. Consequently, if you change cars, you change society. Inside the big metropolis, 4X4 got a new rival: electric cars. Tesla Motors is breaking records. 320.000 models sold this year. Some vehicles are still reserved to the most fortunate like this one. 80.000 dollars. Are you going to take it? Hmm yes the price is right. In California, a start-up company try to imagine the next step. This autonomous vehicle is conceived as a lounge on wheel, with a monthly subscription. That would be the end of individual car. Engineers recognize it, this vehicle won’t be addressed to the whole population. Sohel Merchant, cofounder of Canoo My dad, or even me, grew up taking care of our cars. But for the next generation this is different. Nowadays I know a lot of dads that are disappointed seeing their children that don’t even get the driving licence. A vehicle now, it’s just a meant to get from point A to B. New vehicle, or new way of life. As if for some young Americans, the love affair with individual car was over.
2020's been a strange year. Although not mud related, here's something that will make you chuckle.
We still have a couple of items in our lost and found - A post office box key, a small helmet, a hat and a remote for a winch.
We finallly received the video from the French TV team that visited the park in October. Although some of it is in French, it's fun to watch. Enjoy! Thanks to those who took the time to show them around.
Hope you can come out for our final run of 2020. It's been a great year. See you Saturday!!

So, Dan decided to resurrect the "U". It's become completely unusable since the middle of 2016. I think Brad Boyer was the last one to get through it. It's sat most of the summer drying out after Dan drained it into the other pits. The mud in there ranges from 3 ft to 4 1/2 ft deep. Some of you thought there was too much water in the U but I tried to tell you there was only about 8" on top of all that mud. The only reason you were submerged was because you all kept ge...tting stuck in the same spot at the beginning and the hole got bigger and bigger and of course all the water ran in from the rest of the pit. It's back in operation and still has about 2' of mud in it. We're left with a giant 40X20X9 foot pile of awesome mud. Watch out, you never know where he'll put it.
Some video from Saturday. Drag strip at Mega Track. FYI - Who every was riding in the back of the white Ford while in a pit at the end of the video - NO, we don't allow that, thanks!
